ok Emma interesting post, can you explain why you think this is amazing? do you want to make work like this? is it the comical value that it has 6 feet?
Yes ella i would actually quiet like to produce work like this this year i feel that it has a comical value to it - being that someone has made a bear in to a chair and also that it has 6 paws! I found a county shooting catalogue at home and I am so bewildered by the objects concealed inside. They have fox mugs which i would like to translate into a rat mug for the city. An animal that you really would not want to bring to your lips and drink from but if it was made of fine porcelain then it would be a contradiction between the luxurious and the grotesque.
This is a platform for on going research and developing work throughout the educational year by third year students of Camberwell College of Arts, Three Dimensional Design Course.
This will enable us to make suggestions, constructively criticise and make links between each others work.
